Description

To build more consistent console, we will inherit attributes like inverses, colors and cursor position from boot loader via environment module. Even as the early console will change the cursor position, once the real console is starting up, we will pick the values and use them to set up the tem. Once we have new font solution, the transition from boot loader -> early console -> console will be smooth.
