Description

We have a bunch of logic to keep track of AMD-specific socket form factors. We should update the cpuid detection to catch this.

To test this I booted on an AMD EPYC two socket system and used mdb to print the cpuid information data structures to determine that we had actually detected the correct socket and we had the right revision strings. Also, in testing other forthcoming changes with users on other AMD systems, I verified that we correctly identified this on some family 0x15 and 0x16 systems and that we didn't regress family 0x10, 0x11, etc.
