Description

Mark image areas and skip them from being updated on screen restore and always move the content while scrolling.

For testing, I did use setup with Xorg an VT consoles; dtraced tem to see the tem calls on VT switch and did confirm there was amount of calls to tem_safe_pix_display() which did not end up with drawing, and then followed up by calls actually drawing chars on screen.

Also the screen is drawn ok.
