Description

Hello!
When a USB mouse is attached or detached,
while a VirtualBox vm is running (in my case win xp)
there is a "guru meditation".
This also when the vm is started headless.

VCPU0: Guru Meditation -4004 (VERR_VMX_INVALID_VMXON_PTR)

Greetings,
Stephan

Hello!

The reason for the crash is that the kvm module was loaded wihen the USB event occurred.

pkg uninstall driver/i86pc/kvm system/qemu/kvm

did 'solve' the problem for me.

But: loading kvm module should not crash the running VBox vm
(which also can be triggered by starting qemu btw)

Maybe the kvm environment could check first if vbox vms are running?
