Description

Add command "console" to print out the information about possible console devices.

Example about the output:

ok console
Current console: text,ttya
Available consoles:
    text        VESA 1440x900x32 framebuffer mode 0x16d
    ttya        port 0x3f8
    ttyb        device is not present
    ttyc        device is not present
    ttyd        device is not present
    null        software device
    spin        software device
ok 

For UEFI system:
ok console
Current console: text,ttya
Available consoles:
    text        PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0xF,0x0)
    ttya        PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x7,0x0)/Serial(0x0)/Uart(9600,8,N,1)
    ttyb        device is not present
    ttyc        device is not present
    ttyd        device is not present
    null        software device
    spin        software device
ok 

The examples above are taken from the same system booted in BIOS and UEFI mode.
