The problem looks to be simply that pkg:/system/kernel/secure-rpc doesn't have pkg:/system/kernel/security/gss as a dependency. Since RPCSEC is explicit described in terms of GSSAPI, this looks to be a bug, possibly upstream in pkgdepend.
