smbsrv install and packaging cleanup
The package: service-file-system-smb
installs its lint libraries, which is undesirable for a
package with no public API.
The install targets also put this driver in /kernel/drv
where /usr/kernel/drv would be more convenient.
This driver is not needed during the early part of
system startup, and therefore is not needed in the
boot archive. Putting it in /usr/kernel/drv leaves it
out of the boot archive (smaller boot archive is good).
It's also a convenience when updating this driver to
not have to update the boot archive. While that only
affects developers working on this driver, it still saves
us some valuable time.
