Description

Other implementations of make(1) support the use of -C to chdir to another directory before doing the rest of their processing. It'd be nice if dmake support this feature as well. Matching other implementations, multiple invocations of -C are supported. Each one performs a chdir at that time, allowing them to chain.

To test this I used the -C option manually to do several dmake installs under the source tree. I also did a full build and debug build to make sure that came out cleanly. Finally, I also used it while testing 10814 as it takes advantage of the new -C option.
