It would be nice if the smp command knew how to decode the basic general information and manufacturing information commands. This will allow someone inspecting the SMP devices to get some additional, basic information.

I tested this by dumping out the various manufacturing and device information portions and sanity checking them. Unfortunately, there wasn't a great way to independently verify the contents of it. I also went through and issued other commands like trying to get SAS phy error log information and verified that this worked in similar ways before and after the change.
