Description

As pat of other work we're doing in the i86pc FMA chip module, we should make sure it's smatch clean. To test this, I mostly did basic regression testing where by I looked at /usr/lib/fm/fmd/fmtopo -V output on various systems and compared and verified that we still had the same output for chips. This was also exercised along with the testing for 11184.
