Description

The Olson DB requires relatively frequent updates. Rather than delivering it as a patch to SUNWcs, it seems more logical to deliver it as its own package (like the extended data in system-data-terminfo), which would be a direct dependency for SUNWcs not subject to version enforcement via consolidation-level manifests.
