kernel ddi mapfile missing ddi_fm_dma_err_clear

Description
That one is used in one of our modules, and building it now fails with Undefined symbol ddi_fm_dma_err_clear.

FWIW, when I wrote those mapfiles I know I didn't have all the functions that I'd consider ddi or otherwise so there'll probably be reasons we have to add to them as folks add new functionality or have local changes to modules. No reason not to add them though. Hopefully you'll also consider sharing/upstreaming some of the FM hardening you've done to those drivers.

Yes, developer working on the updates is planning to upstream it soon. I was just merging the changes, and stumbled upon the module failing to build.
And I didn't mean to sound ungrateful, the enhancement itself is great, thanks for implementing it.
