Description

USB medium creation fails with "read: No such device or address" on OI updated to the latest code.

ISO images were created fine.

I used following templates: https://github.com/OpenIndiana/os-autoinst-distri-openindiana/tree/master/data/distribution_constructor but they should be about the same as those from https://hipster.openindiana.org/distro_const/.

Detailed log attached.

That log does not really help unfortunately - we know the usb image is created from iso, but there are no messages....

yep, well, still no help. Try to add -kv to #!/bin/ksh line for /usr/share/distro_const/create_usb and for /bin/usbgen

It did not brought an additional content to stdout nor log files..

Found the issue. The error message itself is secondary and not fatal, but due to oversight, the installboot is asking for yes/no and that does stop the iso creation.
