Description

It seems fmdump -I and -i parameters are documented in the -h help output of the fmdump command, but detailed information is completely absent in the man page. The -I shows "high value" information, and -i is just normal informational logs. This is helpful information to know when trying to track why fmadm faulty is empty but fmd is logging on the root pool.

Please update the man page for fmdump for accessing these two info logs, and fmadm if there's a way to get the info from there (there doesn't seem to be a way in illumos, but I think I found an interface for it in Solaris).
