It doesn't seem to be a hardware related error - the machine stays in a boot loop.
after booting from live-cd and importing with zfs_recover works (still shows allocation error). scrubbing shows no error.
rebooting from hd and further reboots are showing no problems after that...

I suspect you may have hit a known ZFS corruption bug that was fixed a while ago (883)? Please let us know if you see any more crashes, otherwise I'm going to eventually close this as not reproducible. Also, please supply zpool status -v
