Description

These 3 manpages refer to non-existing commands - compatibility/ucb doesn't deliver plot, tplot was removed in #364.

I'm trying to take care of this bug... plot(1B) and tplot(1) are straight forward to take care of. plot(4B) on the other hand happens to be the only manpage in that section. Should the entire section go?
