Description

Cleaning some mandoc lint in ld(1), it tells me "skipping paragraph macro: PP after SH", but the macro used is actually LP.
Not a big deal, but still wrong.

I saw this a bunch recently. I reached out to folks upstream about this.

I bumped into this today while fixing #15352 and found Robert's message upstream.

As a non-mandoc expert I found the message impenetrable (I thought at first it was trying to tell me to change the .LP to .PP).

It occurs to me that the message might be more comprehensible/actionable with phrasing along the lines of "Paragraph breaks are not necessary after SH".

Perhaps Paragraph breaks (LP or PP) are not necessary after SH
