Three missing packages in OI hipster

Description
I had to re-create three OI packages to be able to create the ISO. One of them is system/library/iconv/utf-8, described as Iconv modules for UTF-8 Locale. I put it in osol/utf-8 . Another is system/library/c++/sunpro, described as Sun Workshop Compilers Bundled libC. I put it in osol/sunpro . The last is developer/macro/cpp, described as Solaris cpp. I put it in osol/cpp .
All three originate with Open Solaris 134. All of them are supplied with the x86 installation, although they are absent from the OI source. I copied the directories from ../as without change, except for the Makefile. The Makefile is unique for each of them. I've attached them, as Makefile.utf-8, Makefile.sunpro, and Makefile.cpp .

system/library/iconv/utf-8 is part of illumos-gate. Both system/library/c++/sunpro and developer/macro/cpp are provided by oi-userland.
