Description

We ship the ncp.7d man page, but shouldn't as it's for a closed driver we no longer distribute.

History, as far as I can see, is this: the ncp and n2cp drivers came with the crypto tarball. The crypto tarball was excised very early, in #6, and it looks like the package manifest and build were cleaned up in #298
