errors in section 4i of the manual

Description
There are a number of errors in section 7i, such as
fbio.7i refers to cgsix
mhd.7i HIOCSTATUS should be MHIOCSTATUS
sesio.7i - it's not SPARC-only
sesio.7i - ioctl should be in section 2
streamio.7i - some of the errno codes are emboldened (should be Er not Sy)
visual_io.7i - refers to cgsix and SUNWcg6
visual_io.7i - "an an"
vt.7i NOTES - properties/disable/enable looks wrong
and spelling mistakes/typos
diskkaddr_t (should be diskaddr_t) - dkio.7i
recucing - fdio.7i [mebbe not, matches error in header]
interfaction - ipnat.7i
EACESS (should be EACCES) - ipnat.7i
olumme - mixer.7i
oarious - mixer.7i
recodred - mtio.7i
reguarding - mtio.7i
ioct (should be ioctl) - mtio.7i
acknowlegment - streamio.7i
consequencely - termio.7i
inteercharacter - termio.7i
quisced - visual_io.7i
onssole - visual_io.7i
Some of those were spotted while reviewing the conversion to mandoc, and were parked to be fixed later.

- Subject changed from errors in section 7i of the manual to errors in section 4i of the manual
Spotted another typo
uscsi.7i - effects should be singular
And there's a couple more in mtio:
- line 204, "ioctl can then he issued" - s/he/be/
- line 843, "MTIOCGE" should be "MTIOCGET"
And, post-IPD4, this has been renumbered from 7i to 4i.
