Description

According to findunref, the file usr/src/cmd/acct/lib/copyn.c is unused.

(That's findunref on both intel and SPARC.)

The file isn't mentioned in the local (or any other) Makefile.

The copyn() function in the file isn't used anywhere.

So we should simply remove the file.

Not sure how to test it, but wsdiff shows no differences on all
the commands in /usr/lib/acct, which is where the binaries built
out of the directory containing the deleted file end up.
