Description

Build errors with gcc 9:

    ../../intel/io/dnet/dnet.c: In function 'dnet_send':
    ../../intel/io/dnet/dnet.c:1445:19: error: 'end_index' may be used uninitialized in this function [-Werror=maybe-uninitialized]
     1445 |  dnetp->tx_msgbufp[end_index] = mp;
          |                   ^
    cc1: all warnings being treated as errors
