Description
it contains "version 1.1.3, July 9th, 1998",
actual zmod/zlib.h contains "version 1.2.3, July 18th, 2005"
also the URL ftp://ds.internic.net/rfc/rfc1950.txt doesn't work right now.
the license text itself was not changed from 1.1.3 to 1.2.3, so its cosmetic.
BTW, current version is 1.2.5, April 19, 2010. is it feasible to upgrade to this?

Since this change affects packaging only I tested this by running nightly.
