PulseAudio prevent shutdown

Description

Shutdown via MATE menu. A message appear said: "PulseAudio Sound System prevent system shutdown". After choose Shutdown anyway, it took about two minutes to actually shutdown.

I have never seen it happen when I shutdown with sudo poweroff but I'm unsure if it also happen when shutdown with sudo poweroff or not. But it's definitely bug of PulseAudio.
