want ability to dump smbios data from crash dump
Inside of a crash dump is all of a system's smbios data. This adds a dcmd
::smbios with a
-w option that allows one to write out that data to a file so it can then be passed to smbios(1M). For example, one could run the following:
> *ksmbios::smbios -w /var/tmp/smbios.out

I tested this by loading the mdb module and testing it on a crash dump, writing out the smbios data with
::smbios -w and then passing it to smbios(1M) and it successfully read it.
I also tested this by using this with mdb -k and comparing it to the smbios(1M) -w output. They were identical.
