Description

The mptsas driver (and maybe others as well, but I'm focused on mptsas and that's the only one I could conclusively verify this for) currently excludes optical drives and SES (DTYPE_ESI) from mpxio.

This limitation on SES devices seems somewhat arbitrary, and (when combined with a suitable vhci fops) is not necessary.

The change to remove this limitations is fairly trivial, but to make use of it other supporting work is needed.

It turns out that you really don't want to multipath SES devices.
