Description

We should add the relevant PCI IDs to amdzen(7D) for AMD Renoir based products to function.

Unfortunately, I don't know of anyone with a 4000 series APU to test this; however, I think the risks are pretty small. While testing #13144 we did manage to miss out some PCI IDs for Zen 1 and while the amdzen nexus and its dependents didn't attach, the rest of the system was fine.
