Description
Modern AMD CPUs have features similar to Intel RDT, referred to as "Platform Quality of Service Extensions". Like their Intel counterparts, they related to partitioning cache and memory bandwidth resources. While they share some of the same CPUID leaves as RDT, there are some parts which appear bespoke to AMD and will require additional masking. See their manual "AMD64 Technology Platform Quality of Service Ext" (Publication #56375) for more detail.
