Description
As part of #13405, a small number of AST tools are built in usr/src/cmd/ast/tools/
. In the final version of the ksh update that was committed, some of these tools aren't actually required. They should be removed.

I tested by doing a full nightly, and by running dmake install
in usr/src/cmd/ast, and also dmake _feature
in usr/src/cmd/ast (which re-generates the feature files from the current proto) which produced files that matched the ones in gate (i.e. git diff
was empty)
