Description

Build errors with gcc 10:

    ld: fatal: symbol 'uscsi_error' is multiply-defined:
            (file rmf_main.o type=OBJT; file rmf_menu.o type=OBJT);
    ld: fatal: symbol 'uscsi_error' is multiply-defined:
            (file rmf_main.o type=OBJT; file rmf_misc.o type=OBJT);
    ld: fatal: symbol 'uscsi_error' is multiply-defined:
            (file rmf_main.o type=OBJT; file rmf_slice.o type=OBJT);
    ld: fatal: file processing errors. No output written to rmformat
    collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
