Description

Build errors with gcc 10:

    ld: fatal: symbol 'eptnum' is multiply-defined:
            (file main.o type=OBJT; file /code/illumos-gate/usr/src/cmd/svr4pkg/libinst/libinst.a(pkgobjmap.o) type=OBJT);
    ld: fatal: file processing errors. No output written to installf
    collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

I decided to keep eptnum global (and not static) because there has been no complaint about installf/removef behavior, therefore just removing the duplicate instance, does not change the current behavior.

Testing done: build/install/boot
