Im trying to boot live iso of Open Indiana downloaded from this mirror: (http://mirrors.dotsrc.org/openindiana/isos/hipster/20201031/OI-hipster-gui-20201031.iso)

It was not completely clear from the bug report: are you saying that after you see this warning message the machine then hangs?

Yes. I'm taking AMD caused problem's output then machine hangs and never boot. I tried to boot same iso with different AMD processor (FX 8350) it booted. Probably it caused due to APU. Im not sure.

Previously I booted FreeBSD and used but OpenIndiana is not working.

AMD CPUs have a known problem with the power supply that can cause the system to hang. Fixing it requires a change in the BIOS setup. Look for something called Power supply idle control. It will be set at auto by default. Change it to typical. Making that change solves some hang problems.
