Description

Currently, any requests to enable promiscuous mode on vioif interfaces is ignored. On hypervisors that advertise support for a control queue, we should attempt to enable promiscuous mode when requested.

To test, I booted a SmartOS PI with this change under virtual box. I then ran dtrace -n 'vioif_ctrlq_req:return { trace(arg1) }' and then ran snoop to verify that vioif_ctrlq_req was returning success. I also verified that the snoop output seemed reasonable.
