Description

Our timezone database lives in /usr/share/lib/zoneinfo. As with the terminal information database in #12471, software that comes from Linux is often regrettably hard-coded to look for these files in /usr/share/zoneinfo. We can provide a compatibility symlink in this location as we did with /usr/share/terminfo.
