Description

AMD has publicly released a Zen 3 client PPR that covers model 21h which is the primary Ryzen parts of Zen 3. The CPC counters documented are mostly the same as the ones added in #13688. As such we should amend the case statements now and add the Zen client parts to the existing cpcgen data.

As we did not have a Zen 3 Ryzen system available, I tested this by verifying that the set of cpc events didn't really change on an existing Zen 3 EPYC and using the total instructions counter and verifying that it actually was following a single bound cpu executing an infinite loop.
