Description

Currently, when we lack support for enumerating any extended IRQ ACPI resources (see usr/src/uts/intel/io/acpica/acpi_enum.c).

However, we've found (so far) where a resource (in this case ttya & ttyb serial ports) are being defined using the extended IRQ resource type (even though the values would fit in the normal/narrow IRQ resource type). This prevents use of the serial ports (as the system will fail to assign interrupts as a result). We should add support for enumerating these resources.

Specifically, certain versions of Windows Server do this for Gen2 VMs. While the specific support for Hyper-V Gen2 is not yet upstreamed, this will be required (at least for certain versions of Windows Server), but is also more generally useful in case other systems are encountered that elect to describe resources in a similar manner.
