Description

Missing from hipster repo:

Name: library/libsamplerate
          Summary: Secret Rabbit Code (aka libsamplerate) - Sample Rate
                   Converter for audio

As a workaround building the version from oi-userland works :
pkg::20220416T175252Z

This library seems to be a requirement for media/vlc from hipster-encumbered.

Is it please possible to republish libsamplerate in hipster ?
