Description

The 32bit dump(1) just execs the 64bit dump(1), when run on a 64bit platform. There are only 64bit platforms, we should just not have a 32bit dump.

NB: This is dump(1), the original tool to dump information about executable objects, not the UFS filesystem dumper ufsdump(8) which would otherwise be called `dump` on other platforms.

testing:

Smoke tested running it with a handful of binaries, made sure all the symlinks were good. All the 32bit version did is exec the 64bit version, so the 64bit version is assumed good beyond having moved.
