Description

The handling for AMD erratum 147 (Potential Violation of Read Ordering Rules Between Semaphore Operations and Unlocked Read-Modify-Write Instructions) is referred to in the sources by the original Sun bug id: 6323525. It would be nice to reword those mentions of the erratum to use the public AMD identifier, which is far more useful when researching its background than practically-inaccessible Sun bug.

There is little testing burden for this aspect of the erratum 147 changes. I confirmed that, with the new names (defines, symbols, etc), the expected code was compiled into unix.
