iprb issues with OI151a

Description
Running OI151a (the live CD) on a white box PC.
The network is driven by iprb, but doesn't work very well. I fail to get an address, and can't connect to anything.
On another host on the network I can run snoop and can see all the packets that have been sent out (and replied to). On the errant machine itself, I can see some packets - but not very many, based on how much traffic occurs on this network. Running ping I get a reply about 1 time in 200. (And, as I said, it looks like the target of the ping receives and replies to every packet.)
So, it seems transmit is OK, but receive is somehow dropping most packets.

Can you upload the output of the command "lspci" or "prtconf -v"?
It seems to be nothing suitable information in driver_aliases.
