ctfmerge: failed to open ../../aarch64/ip/debug64/ipctf.a.igmp.o.3: File does not contain CTF data
I think that's the file igmp.o in the archive ipctf.a, which I think we'd normally call ipctf.a(igmp.o).
I'm not sure what the .3 is.
