Description
In issue #15405 (Port NFSv41 base) partial support for NFS v4.1 was added.
This issue requests addition of "delegations" support (a mechanism for client-side caching).
The NFS v4.x code from Nexenta/Tintri has back-channel and delegations.

We may also want some separate bugs as prerequisites for this, eg. one for back-channel, which delegation requires.
