Description

with only 64bit kernels, we only ever use the 64bit truss, even when inspecting 32bit processes.
We should just remove the 32bit truss, and put the 64bit one directly in /usr/bin

testing:

truss of both 32bit and 64bit processes, including truss -u including diffs to show they reported basically the same data (addresses and such may change between invocations).
