rename 'runtime/perl-510/module/sun-solaris' to 'library/perl-5/sun-solaris'

Description
rename 'runtime/perl-510/module/sun-solaris' to 'library/perl-5/sun-solaris' for using with another Perl-5.* versions.

attached patch - I'm using it on new environment with patch fro LIBSSL-1.0.0
added updated patch and build log.
updates:
1. added workaround for perl-5.10.0 and defined perl version "major.minor" (example: 5.12) as default
2. removed text from Makefile: "# PERL_LEGACY is versions of Perl still delivered through ON"
motivations:
all perl modules on system have style:
library/perl-5/<module name>-<perl version>
will be better to have the same for 'runtime/perl-510/module/sun-solaris' - rename it to:
library/perl-5/sun-solaris-510
