Description

The current sendmail package is built without the `SASL'
define. This means that sendmail can't be used for
authentication to smart hosts that require a SASL method.
An entry like this in the access file doesn't work:

AuthInfo:the.smart.host.com "U:user-name" "P:XXXXXXXX" "M:PLAIN"

The SASL libraries are included with the OS, but sendmail
doesn't use them.
