Description

Subject says it all. Code written by me to provide alarm, realpath and lockf command line utilities.

BSD licensing can be changed to CDDL if necessary (Contributor number: OS0244)

Man files and unit tests included in patch. I don't know of better paths for them but would love suggestions.

Erm... how should "alarm" work ? It's a special shell builtin in ksh and ksh93 and there's no way to disable it (at least without breaking existing ksh scripts).
