Add a new pkgmog rule to transform the vendor settings in IPS legacy actions to say something other than "Sun Microsystems" or "Oracle Corporation" in the packages - see the '<transform legacy -> default vendor "Oracle Corporation">' line in onnv's usr/src/pkg/transforms/defaults and xnv's pkg/transforms/defaults

Also, in the jds spec-files, look for "type:branding" in the comments for each patch applied in *.spec

Adding a transform to pkg-gate's src/util/publish/set-publisher.transforms to enforce this for all imported packages.
