I have already seen a number of people volunteering their services to this project.
I would like to suggest a "jobs board" like feature to make it as easy as possible to coordinate this.
Basically it could be used to advertise "vacancies" in the various projects or allow people to register their interest and relevant skills.
I figure if people can see what is required and who to contact it would streamline the whole process and may even encourage contribution's.
As far as I know this is currently facilitated through posts to various forum threads.
