Description

on i86xpv, dboot doesn't pass CCVERBOSE to the compiler, so while it does pass CERRWARN, it's not actually reaping the benefit.

This should have been filed in error, but I'm in a twisty mess of makefile crap with dboot right now, and wanted to make sure this got noticed, since it at least appears to be sometimes the case.

Because of the way i86xpv/Makefile.rules includes i86pc/Makefile.rules, and the nature of make expansion, this is going to be a complete pain in the ass to fix tastefully.
