nfs logging works incorrectly

Description
To enable log-process need to share some resource with option "log".
I do it, but i do not see information in /var/nfs/nfslog
When start nfslogd manually, then log-info appears.
nfs-logging was redesigned, but not fully and now we have half-worked code.
